Which part stopped?
If the page opens but posters do not, the artwork request may be the issue. If posters appear but a search is empty, look at the query and filters. If video fails after leaving the catalogue, the fault belongs to that viewing step.
Search again with fewer conditions
Reset first, then enter a short title or actor's name. The format, year, language and date range all narrow results together. A movie sequel will not appear when Series is selected.
A page keeps showing old information
Refresh once and reopen the page from navigation. Before clearing browser storage, export My List if you can. Erasing saved preferences will not correct an unavailable title on another service.
A film buffers or shows a black screen
Use the selected service's supported player and device. Compare another title there, lower video quality if that control is available, and note the exact error. An account restriction, media problem and slow connection need different fixes.
What to include when asking for help
Keep the page address, title and year, device, browser, viewing country and a screenshot of the error. Do not include passwords or payment details. These details make “not working” a problem someone can actually reproduce.
